BAYELSA STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION CAMPAIGN FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE

Preambles: In view of the next governorship election that is coming up in Bayelsa State on the 16^th of November 2019, it has become necessary for the people of the State to be involved in who becomes the next governor of the State, particularly the registered voters. Hence, BREDAC FOUNDATION is advocating for all the registered voters to unite to vote for a credible candidate.

Campaign Strategy: For effective participation and success of this campaign the following steps must be followed:

1.   You must have a voter`s card.

2.   You must be willing to vote for the Political Party adopted by the majority of voters.

3.   You must be willing to campaign for the Party adopted by the majority of voters.

4.   You must be ready to ensure that the results are counted and authenticated before leaving the polling unit.

Adoption of a Political Party:

1.  All eligible voters are required to nominate three Political Parties of their own choice for adoption.

2.  Only the Political Party with the majority support will be adopted as the final choice of the voters.

Choice of Candidate for Election: The choice of candidate for the governorship election will be determined by the outcome of final Political Party that is adopted by the voters.

Registration of Members: 

1.  All registered voters with permanent voter`s card are eligible to participate in this campaign.

2019 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION: THE BATTLE OF THE GLADIATORS

The 2019 Presidential Election has come and gone. Congratulations to the winner, His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari. However, we are yet to see the end of the matter, as Alhaji Abubakar Atiku has declared his intention to go to court over the outcome of the last Presidential Election. One must salute his courage to seek redress in the court.

It is often said that when two elephants fight, it is the grass that suffers. Nigerians should please wait patiently for the outcome of the court case between these “two gladiators”. LONG LIVE NIGERIA.

PROFILE OF WING COMMANDER OP SOROH (RTD)

Wing Commander OP Soroh is a retired Air Force Officer. Born on 19^th December 1953 to the family of late Admiral Nelson Bossman Soroh,  Former Chief of the Naval Staff and late Madam Bintu Soroh both of Sagbama Local  Government Area of Bayelsa State, Nigeria. Wing Commander Soroh obtained a Higher National Diploma in Building, from Willesden College of Technology, London in the year 1981 and joined the Nigerian Air Force in 1984, through the Direct Short Service Commission after completing his National Youth Service (NYSC) and was commissioned as a Flying Officer on August 4^th 1984. He later converted to the Direct Regular Service Commission.  He retired as a Wing Commander in 2003. Wing Commander Soroh is married and has three children (Two Girls and a Boy) and is a grandfather. He is presently an Evangelist and an Activist. He is the President of BREDAC FOUNDATION, a non-partisan and apolitical group. He is also the initiator and coordination of some other groups on Facebook like, The Network Prayer Partners, The Christian News Network, The Nigerian Military Christian Fellowship Online Group, the Ijaws Network Group, the Disciples of Christ Group as well as BREDAC FOUNDATION. 2019 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION: THE "SYRIAN" FACTOR

Preambles: A case study from the Bible in 2 kings 7:1-2 gives us a food for thought. The Word of God says "Then Elisha said, Hear ye the word of the LORD: thus saith the LORD, Tomorrow about this time shall a measure of fine flour be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria. Then a lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God, and said, Behold, if the LORD would make windows in heaven, might this thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shall see it with thine eyes, but shall not eat thereof." This statement of Elisha accauly came to pass. Read 2 Kings 7:3-20. In 2 Kings 6:8-10, we were told that "The King of Syria warred against Israel and took counsel with his servants, saying, In such and such a place shall be my camp. And the man of God sent unto the King of Israel saying, Beware that thou pass not such a place: for thither the Syrians are come down. And the king of Israel sent to the place which the man of God told him and warned him of, and saved himself there, not once nor twice. Read 2 Kings 6:8-14. 
When the servant of the man of God rose up early, he noticed that there camp was being besieged by the Syrians. He then cried out to his master Elisha. And Elisha said to him "Fear not for they that be with us are more than they that be with them" 2 Kings 6:15-16. Read 2 Kings 6:11-23 for more details.

Fellow Nigerians, from these case studies it is very clear that what is happening today in Nigeria is like what happened in the passages we have read. The APC and PMB campaign is about "NEXT LEVEL" while the PDP and Atiku campaign is about "LET US GET NIGERIA WORKING AGAIN" On account of the stories we have read, it is clear that God wants to take us to the Next Level and Get Nigeria Working Again. However the "Syrians" in Nigeria are working against God`s plan for Nigeria.

2019 GENERAL ELECTION: THE LORD IS FIGHTING FOR NIGERIA

Preambles: In Exodus 14:13-14, Moses said to the people of Israel "Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace."

Recent events leading to the 2019 General Election in Nigeria, is an indication that all is not well with Nigeria. Nigeria is in the hands of a very few cabals ruling from Aso Rock, their major intention is to oppose God`s Supreme authority and reign over the affairs of Nigeria. They have conspired with wicked people `The Egyptians` to take away the divine inheritance of God`s people and to rule over them with terror. God has now come to intervene in the affairs of Nigeria. This is the reason why INEC has postponed the February 16th General Election to February 23rd an the March 2nd to March 9th. God is saying to Nigerians to hold their peace for he has started to fight for Nigeria. God also said in the book Isaiah 8:9-10, "Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces: and give ear, all ye of far countries: gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces: gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces. Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought: speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us"

Good people of Nigeria, fear not for God is with us. The days of the wicked cabals and their associates in Nigeria are over. Preambles: As the 2019 General Election comes up on Saturday 23rd February,  let us embark on a 7 days midnight prayer for Nigeria. In the book of Acts 16:25 Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises unto God at midnight while they were held in the prison. Nigeria is in prison right now and we as a people have got to wake up at midnight to pray and sing praises to God for the deliverance and healing of our nation Nigeria.

Preamble: History is about to repeat itself this time in Nigeria. It is tagged as “THE NEBUCHADNEZZAR`S AGENDA FOR NIGERIA” For a complete understanding of this hidden agenda, I like us to read from the book of Daniel 3:1-6 “Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, whose height was threescore cubits; he set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon.

Then Nebuchadnezzar the king sent to gather together the princes, the governors, and the captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counselors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, to come in the dedication of the image which Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.

Then the princes, the governors, and captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all  the rulers of the provinces, were gathered together unto the dedication of the image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up: and they stood before the image that Nebuchadnezzar had set up. Then a herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations and languages. That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, herp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of music, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up; And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace.

Fellow Nigerians the message you are reading happened when Daniel and some Hebrew children were taken captive to the land of Babylon. Nigeria is about to be ruled by an oppressive leader. All the categories of officials mentioned in the passage are a representative of:

1.  The Elites as represent by the princes.

2.  The Political Officials as represented by the governors

3.  The Military Officers as represented by the captains.

4.   The Judicial Officers as represented by the judges.

5.   The Financial Officials as represented by the treasurers.

6.   The Local Government Officials as represented by the counsellors.

7.   The Security Officials as represented by the sheriffs.

8.   The Traditional and Spiritual Leaders as represented by the rulers.

9.   The Media/Information Officials as represented by the herald.

10.                   The Man in total control of the nation as represented by Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon.

What is the Nebuchadnezzar`s Agenda?

This is an evil agenda that is geared towards demon worship as represented by the golden image. It is a repressive agenda to rule by evil decree and intimidation of the people of the land. There are already signs of this in Nigeria presently. However, the agenda will fail woefully as the Almighty God, who rules in the affairs of men would not allow it to stand for long.

2019 GENERAL ELECTION: THE PEOPLE VERSUS THE CABALS IN POWER

Preamble: The book of Exodus 3:7,  says "And the LORD said, I  have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters: for I know their sorrows."

Exodus 3:8-9 Personalised: I paraphrase, "And I am come down to deliver the people out of the hands of the Cabals in Power and to bring them up out of the land of bondage unto the land of prosperity and freedom.  Now therefore, behold the cry of the poor masses of Nigeria has come to me (GOD): and I have seen the oppression wherewith the Cabals in Power oppress them."

People of Nigeria, this year God will bring to an end the wickedness of the Cabals in Power. Who are the Cabals in Power?
They are all the oppressive leaders in Nigeria from the time of former President Obasanjo to the present administration in power of President Buhari and all their evil associates. Just as God used Moses to deliver the children of Israel from the hands of Pharaoh of Egypt, so also will God use the Moses of our time to deliver the poor and oppressed people Nigeria out of the hands of the Cabals in Power. Who is the Moses of our time? The Moses of our time is not a Religious Leader, nor a Military Leader nor a Politician, but someone God has specially prepared for a time like this. God will bring His divine judgment upon the Cabals in Power and just like Pharaoh of Egypt, they will all be severely punished even unto death for their evil role. All these will take place this year, irrespective of the outcome of the next general election in Nigeria this year. God has written and will do it again according to His judgment which is: MENE, MENE, TEKEL UPHARSIN 
(Daniel 5:25-28).

The Meaning:
MENE: God has numbered the reign of the Cabals in Power, and finished it.
TEKEL: God has weighed the Cabals in Power in the balances and has found them wanting (Guilty).
PERES: The reign of the Cabals in Power is divided and given to the New Generation of Leaders.

The region is gradually losing focus and is been polarized by external forces that do not have our interest at heart. Rather they want to make sure that we are not united so that they can take away our right to our resources for their own benefit. BREDAC FOUNDATION hereby calls upon all the Six States of the South-South Region to establish a Commission for Resource Control. This is to help the region to determine, possess coordinate, and utilize the resources of the region

2019 GENERAL ELECTION: EXPOSING THE SPIRIT OF FALSE CONFIDENCE

Preambles: The 2019 General Election is just a few days ahead. However, so much comments have been expressed, by politicians. Most of the politicians are expressing their confidence of winning in the coming election. The word of God says "For we are of the circumcision, which worship God in the Spirit and rejoice in Christ Jesus and have no confidence in the flesh. (Philippians 3:3)

What gives these politicians the confidence of winning in the next general election?

1. The money they have at their disposal to induce the voters to vote for them.

2. The charms the carry on their bodies.

3. The number of supporters that they are able to gather.

4. The power to influence the Electoral Body to their advantage.

5. The satanic powers behind them.

6. The power of incumbency.

7. The power of rigging.

King Nebuchadnezzar and King Hezekiah  were two rulers that exhibited confidence in two different ways:

1. King Nebuchadnezzar erected a Golden Image in the Land of Babylon and instructed everyone to bow down to worship the image. His confidence was in the false god he had created. Read the book of Daniel Chapter 3 to learn about this story.

2, King Hezekiah on the other hand put his confidence in the Lord God to deliver and grant him victory against Sennacherib the King of Assyria. Read the book of Isaiah Chapter 37 to learn more about this.

However, the arm of flesh will always fail. Everyone who is contesting the next general election with the spirit of false confidence, will fail woefully. All power belongs to the Almighty God who rules in the affairs of men. Therefore, it is only the LORD that can guarantee someone victory in election. God may choose anyone, both the righteous man or the ungodly man to accomplish his divine purpose depending on the circumstances that was prevailing. Romans 13:1 says  "Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

On what or whom are you basing your confidence in the 2019 General Election in Nigeria?

FEAR OF THE AUTHORITY OF THE UNGODLY IN OUR NATION TODAY..

Fear is the portent weapon by which the ungodly exercise authority in our nation today. Even believers are afraid of the authority of the ungodly in our nation today. Many will bow to the ungodly and wicked leaders rather than challenge them for their evil activities. The word of God says "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love." 1 John 4:18. Love for the truth is what we as believers must uphold so that evil will not prevail in our nation. Believers are supposed to be bold as a lion according to  Proverbs 28:1. God has not given we believers the spirit of fear according to 2 Timothy 1:7. Believers it is high time for us to be strong, bold and fearless because greater is he that is in us than he that is in the world according to 1 John 4:4. Stand up for Jesus and shame the devil. Stop compromising your faith in Christ Jesus and always stand against evil in our nation. God be with you.

BATTLE FOR ELECTIVE POSITIONS IN NIGERIA.

The battle for elective positions in Nigeria will be a very tough one. Most of the candidates from the smaller parties will fail woefully. The main contest will be between the All Progressive Congress (APC) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). However, the Social Democratic Party (SDP) has a very good chance of offsetting the final outcome of the general election at the Presidential level, due mainly to the candidateship of Professor Jerry Gana. There will be a few surprises at all other level by some of the candidates of the smaller parties. The battle will be won by the candidates and parties that can truly be able to organise vigorous campaign to mobilise holders of PVC who are not members of any of the political parties. Most of the electorates are not sure of whom to give their votes. Prayer is good, but prayer is not enough for any candidate or party to win the next general election. However prayer plus good works will guarantee good success.

LET`S HAVE A CONSENSUS PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE FOR THE SOUTH-SOUTH REGION.

The future of the people of the South- South Region for the next four years, lies in their collective vote in the next general election this year. Therefore people of the South-South Region of Nigeria must be strong and united in casting their vote in the Presidential Election on February 16th 2019. No political party or candidate can guarantee the people of the South-South of proper development of the region. However, if the people of the South-South agree on the best candidate among those qualified to contest the next Presidential Election, there is a better hope for the people of the South-South Region, as they will have a greater power to influence the candidate to meet some of their needs and aspirations. Hence, let all the stakeholders come together to discuss this vital issue within the next few weeks and choose their consensus Presidential Candidate, irrespective of the political party the candidate belongs.
